“The new album of Volodymyr Khorunzhy is the soundtrack for the film “Lovers in Kiev”, an almanac of short films about love in a modern metropolis.
The film premiered in May 2010 at the Monaco Charity Film Festival. The film was released in Ukraine in February 2011. Almanac of short films, by analogy with the film projects “Paris, I love you”, “New York, I love you.” Consists of eight short stories by young Ukrainian directors. The novels are solved in different genres (drama, thriller, comedy), but are united by one common idea – love in a modern city.
Famous stars such as Ivan Dorn and Dasha Astafieva starred in the film.
Ivan Dorn wrote a song for the film, which is also included in this collection.
In February 2021, the film “Lovers in Kiev” turns 10 years old!
The album premiere is timed to coincide with this date!
